In short
Wakeport collects no personal data. The game keeps your progress on your iPhone and sends nothing to us or to anyone else. It has no account, no advertising and no tracking.

What stays on your iPhone
So that the game can continue where you left off, it stores these on your device only:
- your progress: the levels you reached and the stars you earned;
- your sound setting;
- play statistics, such as moves and attempts per level, grouped under a random number the game creates on your device.
None of this leaves your iPhone. We cannot see it, and we do not share it.
What we receive
Nothing from the game itself. If you allow it in your iPhone's settings (Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements, Share With App Developers), Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. If you test a beta version through TestFlight, Apple shares its crash reports and any feedback you send with us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, use them only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Third parties
The game contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code from anyone. This website uses no cookies and no analytics, and our server keeps no access logs for it.
Children
Wakeport is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored on your iPhone.
Your rights
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask whether we hold data about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the game sends us nothing, the only data we could hold about you is an email you sent us. Write to info@turkol.com.tr. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If a future version collects any data, for example to learn where players get stuck or to show advertising, we will update this page and the App Store privacy details before that version is released, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
